The goal of Psychotherapy is to not only alleviate the obvious symptoms but to help you lead a healthier, happier, more productive life.
My practice is based on the foundations of psychoanalytic theory to help you gain insight into your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I find that incorporating executive coaching into sessions (as appropriate) greatly assists with focusing on the “here and now”. I believe that working collaboratively to untangle confusing thoughts and patterns helps individuals move towards more gratifying lives.
